Investment advice is provided on a fee only basis. We do not work on a commission basis. We will charge an initial fee which will be agreed with you in advance. Typically, this will be a percentage of the amount invested/advised upon, or a fixed fee.
Where we provide an ongoing service, we will normally charge an ongoing annual fee based on the value of the investments we monitor. The charge for this service will be in addition to the fees above.

We provide advice in relation to regulated mortgages, typically these are owner occupier mortgages. We normally charge a fixed fee based on the size of the mortgage and refund any commission payments from the lender to you.
We also can provide advice for commercial and business mortgages as well as second charge mortgages and bridging finance. Where specialist mortgage advice is required, we often refer clients to third party regulated mortgage brokers who we keep under review.

We provide finance for business buy-to-let and property development mortgages.
In addition we sometimes are able to arrange introduction to joint venture property development partners or provide development finance bridging.
These types of finance are non-regulated.
